I ordered through a offer made to me (https//tapgig.in/products/q/98xx3xxx61) for Teclast T30 Android 9.0 4G Phone call Tablet and paid online on 11/08/2020 through payU The SMS from payU says It was made to Vicebear.in on tapgig behalf and the payment made is confirmed. Now, what happened to this order? I have no information from this either from tapgig.in or vicebear.in regarding this order. Is the order under process and when will the delivery happen? Or should I cancel the payment? tapgig doesn't seem to have a customer care number and their site only gives an email Id ([protected]@gmail.com)… Was this information helpful? | |||
