Tapzo — payments not refund

I had paid my electricity bill for rs.3265/- through bhim sbi pay to my merchant a/c id, which is not credited to biller a/c till now, while my bank a/c has been debited vide customer reference No[protected] on dated 27 jun, 2018. My vpa a/c [protected]@sbi is debited and your vpa a/c [protected]@sbi has been credited but my merchant biller has not been credited. Please confirm the transaction and make payment to my biller, otherwise reverse payment to my a/c, so that i may proceed again. Thanks
