Tara Homeopathy Clinic — Payment taken but treatment not provided

I have started hairfall treatment from tara homeopathy clinic in feb'17. I have done full payment of 24000 to them. They provided treatment and medicines for 3 months. Suddenly after 3 months on around 6-jun, when i visited their clinic for further medicine it was closed. I tried to contact their numbers but not contactable. My treatment is left incomplete and now i have no clue whom to contact. Their call center number is also not contactable. Pls help to get my money back or complete the treatment.
