[Resolved]  Tari — independent tv wrong commitment wants refund

Dear sir

I purchase independent tv december 2018 with rs. 1999 in 1 year subscription channels they are committed maximum sd channels and fta channels including 13 hd channels. During these month company not deceiver their channels as per commitment when i call to costumer care the are not gve any satisfactory answer. 2 june 2019 all channels are completely closed signal gone no response from costumer care.

Due to this kindly provide my refund due to this bed service by independent tv
