The above policy was due for payment on 26.03.2018. We approached your office at manjira mall, kukatpally, hyderabad on 23.03.2018 for closure. As intimation for closure was not received from your office, the same was mentioned on a white paper duly affixing rs.1/- revenue stamp. The communication address and bank account details and mobile number were updated on same day itself. But the surrender process was not done on the same day. As surrender process was done on 26.03.2018, we are asked to deposit the 2/3rd of maturity amount towards purchasing annuity plan which we are not interested. I have clearly mentioned to close the policy on 23rd of march and submitted the original policy treating as premature closure. Now we request you to close the policy treating as premature closure and pay the surrender value. I am not aware of maturity amount till date.
