Tata AIA Life — regarding payment after cancellation of policy & cheating with customer

Dear sir/madam,

I had purchased tata aia policy no 1. U[protected] against 53000 rupees payment & 2. C[protected] against 52250 rupees payment. But they can not proper guided to customers about its policy & that reason customers are trapped in its policy. They are cheated with customers. I was sent many mails about cancellation & payment but they can not give proper answer. Only sent computer generated mail. I don't listen anything i would like to give payment of policy which was arranged in policy.
