Tata AIG Insurance — car insurance proposal no - p/3121/0000002366

We have been in receipt with the above mentioned proposal number from bank bazaar through which i had purchased car insurance for my vehicle i20 elite.
The payment was made on 23/2/18, but no confirmation about the successful transaction nor policy copy was issued to me.
I would like to know where is the problem in confirming the same.
Why the policy is not been issued to me, when the amount is debited from my account.
I have cross verified with the bank also, and they state that the amount has been forwarded to the merchant. So from the bank side also the transaction is successful
I fail to understand as to why is it taking so long to issue the policy for car insurance or is this we should expect when we work with tata aig in future
I had high regards for tata group
But to when i am experiencing such harassment from such an esteemed indian company i think i should double check my thoughts for them.
This is totally not justified from a customers perspective
I expect a quick action from tata aig people in resolving the issue at the earliest
