[Resolved] Tata AIG Insurance — claim denied unnecessary.. | |||
Dear sir, I beg to say that i have tata aig family floator,, april was admit in ardent ganpati hospital.. This is reimbursement case, i was paid rs 46000 above.. Someting rupees in hospital. After discharge. I was send all the documents related claim... With claim no - [protected].. Tpa said your claim was settled after 15-20 days ago.. But after one month.. Fhpl tpa said.. Your was denial under fraud clause... I was send 30 mails, regarding my claim. That my claim not fraud clause... There was misunderstanding with my claim.. But no processing,, then fhpl investigator meet with me, then i was all statement given to fhpl investigator,,, and investigator check all the docs in hospital also,,, but 5 days ago my calim rejected,,, fhpl said my claim is fraud,. How that possible,.. Sir fhpl tpa last 4 months distrub and harassment me, fhpl said call to dr dheeraj. And dr dhiraj denied my claim... When i was touched to dheeraj.. Dr dhiraj mhatre said me... That i am open a fraud institute regarding claim.. You are fraud... Etc... They talk unprofessional language... When i was asked him.. Why are you taking unprofessional language with me... Then he told me... This is good way to talk.. I am right everytime.. You are fraud fraud etc .. I am again Contact with dr. Dheeraj bt he is talk very rudely and he is behaving very badly with me. I'm asking reason for denial my claim. Then he is totally ignore given any reason for denial my claim, then he is saying to me i[censored] want any clarification regarding ur claim then u go for court. I'm giving you every document which u need for my claim. Then how could u said it is fraud case. Your investigator also meet with me my home and vistt ardent ganpati hospital, there also i give him all my documents. Its my humble request to u kindly cross check my douments again i[censored] want any documents from my side then please tell me. I'm looking for your positive result for my claim. I'm very thank full to u, please revert back me asap. I belong to poor family sir. I can't afford too much money regarding health care... When i was purchase health insurance... Then... Tata aig said... With always you.. But now days. Tata aig not with me.. And also harassment me last 4 month... I request once again plz recheck my claim once again and taking action against dr dhiraj mhatre... I am waiting your positive response... Was this information helpful? | |||
