Dear tata aig, My request no. Is:- [protected] Mobile no is:- [protected] My name is patel parth pareshkuma Kindly check my request of cancellation for my health policy which was completed on 11 jul 2018 as per your telephone customer support and refund will be completed in my bank account but problem is that i didn’t receive any amount in my credit card account. Neither in bill nor in current transection. As per your request i ask to my bank credit card team abut this problem but there is no amount shown in their portal also. My bank want some reference no and support email from you that my policy was cancelled and the deducted amount is refunded. So please send me email of cancellation policy on my email:- a3p. Complain lodge on 20.04.2019 but no ph.calls or verification yet done.i am contact to the coustomer care but all in vain so pls take of it.
