Sir I have made payment as above for my car no up14bf3399 ag gp 21528840. The hard copy and the soft copy of the policy has not been received despite many reminders. The agent is fooling me and misbehaving using abusive language. The amt has been debited to my account. Pl check whether this amt is recd ag my vehicle or not.
