Tata AIG Insurance — issuance of wrong & without gst policy | |||
Respected irda.. I am a agency holder of icici lombard gic limited. Actually we are facing a problem regarding our policies. Sir actually tata aig insurance company is issued their policies through axis bank at sopore without gst and we face a huge loss due to this act of tata aig insurance company. So i request to irda of india plz look into the matter. So we will continue our business without any loss. They have already done this from last some years. And today we come to know how we are not able to get some response in the market. There is only one thing where we fail to gain business from the market that is gst.. Which is a big issue for us because gst is main thing in terms of amount where we fail to get response from the customer. Because they paid less amount for their policies. And we suffer for our earnings. So plz look into the matter as gst is as per law mandatory. But tata aig insurance company issuing policies without gst. If this matter doesn't sought out within days then we all advisors held state wide protest against this act of tata aig insurance company. This act of tata aig insurance company has caused many big problems for us in the field. So plz look into the matter. As soon as possible..
