Tata AIG Insurance — Regarding reimbursement claim | |||
Respected sir/ madam I have applied for my reimbursement claim on 19 th June and the claim was registered on 26th June and it's almost going to be 2 months now still I dint get my claim settled. And on 21st July they said it's going for investigation process from that date till now it's more than 25 days and no update further regarding tat also I have called the customer care multiple times and gave a compaint request regarding this many times but no response for anything I have also written to the customer support @tata aig mail id but no response for tat also as I am a dialysis patient and also covid recovered patient I need tat money for my treatment at emergency so I kindly request you to proces the claim soon and do the needs as soon as possible .
