Tata AIG Insurance — Surveyor rejected the accident claims and partial work performed.

My policy number is [protected] 01 under the name of P.Dilshad Begum, we had an accident during the parking of vehicle at our home and same picture and damaged spots are intimated to the Surveyor Mr.Prasad (Ph.no.[protected]) and submitted the vehicle to SB motors workshop. After 15 days we called them to ask about the delivery and they said still we did not received any work approval. It shows the Surveyor negligence towards the customer. Now after 1 week during delivery they are saying partial damages are covered under claim. How bad situation we were with this stupid surveyors and how TATA like a big company where entertaining this kind of people. I was really disappointed during the delivery as first said caseless and now they said payment will be release later. I need justice on this, i am ready to raise grievance on TATA AIG Insurance.
