Tata AIG Insurance — tata aig policy initiated without proper consent | |||
On 27th of feb 2018, my mother gets a call on her number asking about details of her axis bank account, she thought it was just a verification call from the bank and she was totally confused about what to say. Despite after she cut the calls multiple times the tata aig people were calling and literally harassing her, she had no idea what to say or speak and she was not at all interested in getting tata aig insurance policy. She never gave her consent to start the policy. The tata aig people forcibly started the policy. And even after starting this policy i have not received any email from tata aig and also when i call the respective bank (Axis bank branch of mehdipatman), i am asked to provide written consent to cancel the policy... Then why was written consent or signature not taken when starting the insurance policy? Was this information helpful? | |||
