[Resolved] Tata Capital — Due to error from your end my cibil score has decreased | |||||
Hello, I'm mohmed hussain, applied home loan[protected] in your financial institute, as at the time of applying the loan my cibil core was good, and on the first emi the ecs cheque was deposited for an incorrect amount and was not been notified to us. Later when i've got in touch with your executives regarding the provisional certificate, i came to know that there was a due on my loan amount. On speaking to the executive he said that i've to pay the due amount and he will check with his management and get the penalty charges waived of and agreeing to this i've paid the due charges. Now after 18 months when i check my cibil score it has come done to 600 odd score and this was for the pending penalty due since 18 months which was completely your institutions error. When i spoke to executive he said that management has denied to waive the charged and he has forgot to update us on that. So i've paid the penalty amount too. Now do you think that due to error of your executive and your institution who has submitted 1st wrong ecs cheque, customer should be penalized and most importantly my cibil score has gone for a toss due to your employees negligence. To my knowledge the amount on the ecs cheque is filled by your team and customer is not the one who fills the details. So i can demand an explanation on why my cibil score is held for the error made from your end. Please can you check this issue and rectify as my i thing you also know how important is a cibil score for an individual. Expecting a proper response that can close this issue and which can improve my cibil score.
