My loan no TCFPL[protected] is deducted twice one through ECS and same day I was asked by your representative to pay through online portal, even when I told him it will be represented but he said no it will not be represented you have to pay online now amount is paid twice.
Please reverse the amount back on urgent basis as one more ECS will be presented in my account.
