[Resolved] Tata Capital — loan is cleared but in cibil it is still showing as active | |||||
HI I have taken consumer loan 2 year back and I cleared the loan an year back. when I check the CIBIL the report says the loan is still active when I enquire with customer care they say that the loan is cleared and I have raised the complaint 3months back but not resolved yet. TATA capital, don't give false promises, where should we go if you cannot clear the complaint. it is affecting my CIBIL score, please check it asap Was this information helpful? | |||||
