[Resolved] Tata Capital — no support for changing risk updation of my profile | |||||
I have applied personal loan through tata capital in july17 application no :[protected]. They have rejected my loan as updated in risk profile as negative in credit and comment as "false income document and incorrect residence information. While applied personal loan in another bank they have confirmed previous finance i. E. Tata capital updated as risk negative for me" so they declined my proposal. My income proof doesnt have mistake and now i am bable to give correct address to tata capital for changing risk as possitive. But they are not accepting my request and not supporting or not providing resolution to change the risk as possitive. Without changing my risk as possitive i will not able go for any loan. But tata capital is not bouther about my risk. They simply we cant to another verfication for changing risk as possitive. Its ceviorly affecting my personal life and giving mental stress because of this issue. Required your support to change my risk as possitive with my correct supporting documents. Regards, J.
