Tata Capital — personal loan closed not updating cibil records | |||
I had taken a personal loan from tata capital which i have closed in the month of june 2019 but to date, the company has not updated the cibil record. I have been following up with them but nothing is happening. Customer care for the tata capital is very pathetic. Every time you call their system is not working and if you want to escalate the things then you get a reply saying that the manager is not available or the manager is in the meeting. If you send a mail to customer care, they do not even reply for 4-5 days. Yesterday i got a mail from tata capital saying that "your cibil has been impacted due to multiple bouncing of emi’s and irregular payment. Hence we are unable to change the status." they have recovered all the charges and extra interest from me. Also they have charged me foreclosure charges. At the time of availaing a loan its been informed that there won't be any charges for foreclosure if you close the loan after 6 months. I have received the noc as well but now they are not updating cibil records. There is no coordination within their departments. I was having other bank loan as well and after closing loan that bank has updated cibil within 30 days. I am very disappointed with the service of tata capital and there is no proper escalation matrix. If you try to escalate an issue on their web page it won't get processed.
