I have taken person loan from the organization however I have provide NASH twice but still they rejected due to signature differ whereas asking for manual cheque I have provide every thing with clarity. Even I had tried to pay EMI amount via company portal but their portal is not working since long regarding the same I have raise complaint into customer care as well and waiting for resolution. I have already paid the emi of this month with late fee but again 295 Rs cut from my account why

PMAY is a governement scheme. I have an ongoing loan from Tata Capital[protected] and have applied for PMAY via my financier who tells me that TATA charges 1% charge of the entire loan amount for PMAY which I feel is unauthorized. Please take action so that comman man is not unnecessarily drained with his/ her hard earned money
