Tata Capital — Tata Capital home Loan charging customers for giving back original documents | |
I have taken home loan from tata capital and have paid all the dues and on time. When asked for the original documents, they told to pay 5.5k+ as documents retrieval charges. No other firm or bank is charging like that after paying the loan amount. And Tata Capital is charging customers like anything when there is no written mandatory rule under RBI or Housing Finance ltd that they can charge customers like that.
