[Resolved] Tata Capital — tata capital - tata capital is charging me 50000 to apply for pmay - which is a govt free subsidy

Dear concerned authorities,

I have taken a home loan and sales people were about to fill my pmay application, after 2 month also it has not been done. And the sales people are telling me pmay application is chargeable, and a fees of around 50000 is required, i have double checked with other companies senior legal and credit official, this benefit is not chargeable through govt or any financial institution offering loan, as this is a benefit given by government.

Next i am about to report to the seniors of pmay and the hrd minister about this false practice

I have taken loan for my two wheeler in July month the monthly payment of two wheeler has been deducted thrice (twice by the bank n once given cash in hand) from my account in this month I have attached the receipt of the payment given n the deduction msg of the bank so I request u to take the action as soon as possible...
