Tata Card — fraud call and amount got deducted from cc

I was getting call that 10000 voucher will be activated on my new tata card.
They hacked my details and 40000 got deducted from my credit card.

I complaint this to bank and they told as otp is shared they will not help on this issue. Now i want to get my money back from the frauders.

I tracked them and merchant as well. Please let me know how to get my money back as contacting bank is waste of time. My contact [protected]
