Tata Card — Have not been issued my joining gift voucher after paying INR 3000 for it since 22nd December, 2014.

Dear Team I am supposed to get a Tata Credit cards joining gift voucher worth INR 3000 against my joining fee paid for the Tata Platinum Card. I've issued a request for the gift voucher on 22nd December, 2014 and i was promised that the same would be delivered to me within next 21 working days and today it is 20th February, 2015 and I am still following with them for my voucher which I've paid for in November itself. 11 Feb 2015 Dear Cardholder, thank you for contacting TATA Card. I just want to know if i had a due of INR 3000 on Tata Credit Card would they excuse me for not paying my dues for 3 months or would they penalise me on the due money. I just want to know what action can be taken against these credit card companies who penalise their client's for non-payment of dues on time..what action can i take against the Tata Credit Card???
