We have order ifb dryer and it’s order no:[protected]Date: 22/07/2018), the delivered product is damaged and it was noticed during ifb technician came to installation. Tatacliq supplied product has broken drum and damaged from bottom side,, ifb technician has given ticket no/report no of your damage product and it is [protected] (Name: mr. Noman kadri) i have also attached pictures of the damage product as per your customer care has guided. We have also requested online for return and refund and it was schedul on1st aug after 4 days tatacliq customer support person answer that we have escalared the issue (They have told each and every time when we call) I think our tata is bluffing with the customers buy send faulty and demaged products.
