I placed this order on 11th october 2018. An ifb professional visited for installation & demo to find out this product was broken. It was not unpacked by us as per the instructions. I have been trying for more than 10 day now to get this returned and get a refund since replacement is not in the company policy. I have called more than 20 times, every time a new representative picks up and i have to start from scratch. I was advised to send pictures of the broken product on several different email ids csmanagement, hello, appliancesupport etc and absolutely nothing has been done about it.
I posted about this on twitter, their social media team got in touch only to still do nothing about it.
No body calls back, follows up or does anything about it. It's a dead end.
Money lost and so much time wasted behind all this.
Is this even a legit tata company or a fraud scamming so many customers?
