Tata Cliq — not received refund | |||||
I ordered laptop of inr 20000 from tata cliq online webisite on 7 june 2020. I made payment through net banking. But my order (Order numer :[protected] is not shipped till 9 june, so i cancelled the order (9 june 8 pm). I have received cancellation mail from tata cliq claiming refund is initiated. On next day when i check on tata cliq app, it is showing refund is successful (10 june, 4 am). However i checked my account no such amount was credited. I am continuously tried there customer care number / tata unistrore number [protected] which is situated in vikhroli, it is not reachable.
