Tata Cliq — product returned on tatacliq not picked up even after 21 days of request

Super general sgli 1891 16l water dispenser (White)₹ 8361qty1 was not working delivered on 6.6.2019 hence i haved generated return request but till date product was nor picked up. Very poor service not recommend to buy any product from this portal.
Tatacliq cheated with customer & not a easy return if bought anything from site/app.
