I purchased voltas window 1.5 ton a. C from tatacliq. I received a different product as mentioned on their website and now they are not accepting my return request. As per their return policy, you can cancel your order within 7 days. After several calls and mails still no response has come from tata cliq. I urge all of you not to buy anything from tata cliq. My prepaid order no[protected] placed on 7.7.2018 has been marked delivered on 10.7.2018 whereas I haven't received it.kindly look into the matter.anticipating a prompt action.
