Tata Cliq — supplied non working camera lens (18 -55mm)

I booked a nikon d3400 with 18-55mm and 70-300mm lenses by paying rs.36899/- on 20/9/2018 and received the same on 24/9/2018 from p.B international, biwandi, whose contact no is not available.

As i do not know about the camera, i waitted for my son for wome i have bought, when he opened and tried to take a photo, the new 18-55mm lens they supplied did not work.

I informed tata cliq sustomer care and at the same time i went to authorised nikon centre in chennai.
They also checked and confirmed the fault wtih the lens. They also advised me to returnd the faulty product to the supplier. They also told the tata cliq is not authorised to sell their product. On my return to home, i got call from tata cliq customer care and the asked me to go to the nikon centre and get a certificate for non working condition of the lens.

Once again i went to the nikon centre where they reffused to give a letter/ sertificate/job shhet.
I contacted the nikon india customer care and was advised to write a mail to the customer support. I did the same. And waited for about 4 - 5 hrs for their reply call which the assured.But to the vain i did not get any reply call. Inspite of my repeated follow ups they were not hepful in this issue.
I once again worte a mail to both nikon india and tata cliq,
the tata cliq executive ms.Nikita, was adamantly insisting the certificate which nikon india reffused to give.
I filed a return request to tata cliq repeatedly and the next day a executive named trivesh from seller dept, contacted from tata cliq and said he will solve this issue by sending a new replacement product and asked me to send the photo of the product and sr.No. Of the product which i did. And assuerd he is arranging for the replacement.

For the past 4 days this issue is draging on and this ms. Nikita called me and asked me wether i got a call from their seller depatment. I replied and she said they will take care of the issue.
But to my surprice she had writen a mail stating,
" as per our telephonic conversation, we regret to inform you that your return request has been rejected. We’re sorry, but the reason listed for return does not comply with our returns policy.
Any inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.

still this trivesh is saying that he is arrangin and ask me to wait for the docket no.
I suspect the justice from tata cliq.
I request the forum to help me in this regards.
