[Resolved] Tata Cliq — tatacliq faulty ac delivered. tata cliq not agreeing to take back the product | |||||
We purchased voltas voltas 1.5 ton inverter 5 star (Bee rating 2018) delux cool 185v dye split ac (White) 04 jun 2019 Installation was a failure and we requested tatacliq to take back the faulty unit and refund the money paid in full. Tatacliq did not accept the job card from the technician that stated that the ac unit was hanging (Broken pcb). Job card number 1 attached. After 2 days of struggle, we allowed the technician to look at the ac again n he replaced pcb but ac was not working as expecting. The indoor unit noise too loud & cooling is not working either. We are finding tatacliq very insensitive to the customer complaint and the agony, frustration we have faced in the past few days. The full communication with tatacliq is available and you will see the lack of action from tatacliq management on this matter. We need action against tatacliq to provide us the full refund immediately and compensate us for the pain and mental agony we have gone through. Was this information helpful? | |||||
