This is Ritesh Singhal had broadband connection in my wife's name (Pinky). Due to bad network and poor service I had sent email to customer service on 30-Aug-20 to discontinue the services.
as I have already paid the advance amount of 6 months (till Nov'20). I called customer care also to do the same, but everytime I get excuse that the server is slow so we are not able to see your request. I sent many emails as well. I understood that the request is being taken into account and my connection will be discontinued.
But all of sudden, I start getting bills to pay amount where I stopped using the connection long back. After that I tried to call customer care but it is not getting connected. I sent many emails post that as well, but no response.
This is really pathetic and irritating. I am not able to concentrate on my work due to this.
