Tata Communications — return pickup of my product! | |||
I received a faulty product and I immediately reached out to customer care at Tata cliq on 14/6/19. My pickup was approved on 15/6/19. But my product is yet to be picked up. It is 21/6/19 today. I reached out to the courier partner assigned for my pickup, Delhivery and they said that the their branch in our town was closed down recently due to operational difficulties. So I have been reaching out to Tata cliq representatives regarding the same since 4 days and they just keep giving me the run-around without providing a proper resolution. I have been requesting them to just change my pickup partner since 3 days but to no avail. It's been 7 days. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||

They are send the website link and contact number through the SMS and provide the offer letter on the website, and the asking registration fees 1000 through the offer letter conditions
