I have been interviewed in TCS in April month for Sr.Software developer and i cleared all rounds, after that HR discussion i have been told to upload documents and provide counter offer letter, which i provides.we discussed salary and hr told me that i will consult the senior and let you know.Till date i have mailed HR hundred times, but HR didn't reply.HR just called me once in a month for nothing, just telling me we are evaluating.After three long months i just got fed up and called HR asked her for final status.and she just told me that "Actually we don't have a budget for your salary expectation".This is TCS.
