The ffs team completed all the settlement formalities in around 15 to 20 days of my last working day. However, it was done with a incorrect date and i raised a concern with their helpdesk. And they did not provide me any resolution instead closed the ticket saying they have asked the other team check on that.
I reopened it as it was not actually solved and again they closed it. So its been almost more than a month and they still have not corrected the documents and have not settled the salary as well.
I have been sending them emails but i get only delayed replies and the reply also just says that they are working on it.
This really doesnt make me feel proud or happy of tcs being my first ever company. I asked them to escalate it but they are not even doing that. I left with nothing but to raise a complain here. Atleast hoping that these complaints get to the tcs higher management and things gets resolved at the earliest.
Its not just the salary that is pending. They have to provide me the documents with the correct dates on it which is really important for my future things. Was this information helpful? |
