You have given the option for buying passport cover but why can't u deliver it as promised.. Even the terms n conditions you have mentioned on the list seems like you are not so worried if the customer doesn't receive the passport covers. I[censored] can't take the responsibility stop marketing that product or asking for money for it. It's been more than 21 days and i haven't received it. Your terms & condition says if it's not delivered than it's due to incorrect address.. I received my passport. Do u mean they sent the passport to wrong address then.? My name is sanjay kumar agarwal i have complaint that my passport cover is not delivered my receipt number of payment for passport cover is pp[protected] and the passport is of type pu-s/black booking date of passport cover is 26/09/2017 so kindly deliver the passport cover
