I had applied for passport cover at Andheri PSK on 26 July 2019 and had done the payment of rupee 350. My receipt with No. PP[protected] is attached along with this complaint. The dispatched item was not delivered, the Telecom factory speed post office neither did they contact and when enquired at the post office they said it would be delivered and when kept trailing the mails for the status of courier it was returned meanwhile. I would request you to resend the passport cover to my hometown address, as I have moved back recently. The address details for would be mentioned when requested Was this information helpful? | |
