Hi i am harendra panda emp id - 767719, an ex-employee of tcs, i need my service certificate and reliving letter, i raised a ticket with ticket no - 446322 in tcs alumni portal on 14th-oct-2019, but no response yet. I need this document urgently. No way i can contact them through telephone also. I am keep on sending mail to "india. [protected]@tcs.com", from there also no reply. Please help me.

Hi I am Ajay Kumar emp id - 1464361, an ex-employee of TCS. I need to withdraw my PF amount but unable to login through TCS Alumni portal as the portal is not processing the login credentials .Due to this I am unable to raise my request for PF withdrawl. Please help me, its urgent.
