[Resolved] Tata Consultancy Services — unprofessional behaviour at tcs ninja interview process | |
TCS is recognized as one of the best companies in India. So it is expected from companies like this a good professionalism in any event of the company. But in a recent event "TCS Ninja Interview Process" Some of the employees showed unprofessional behaviour at the event. On Sunday 16th September 2018, I was invited to an interview session in TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES, GITANJALI PARK. First after entering the office where the Resumes & applications were accepting showing every student a ridiculous behaviour. He was showing disgust to all the students. If your employer could not handle so many students then why you invite so many students and your staffs got angry. Then those students who had not any enough proof of gap were asked to leave before the interview. It this was the rule, then why TCS did not check the same before the TCS National Qualifier Test ?? Asking the students for an interview for harassments and wasting of time? These kinds of systems can't be expected from any companies. Now come to the very serious matters of the interviewer. When you are asking any students inside the interview room and one of the interviewers, one madam were busy with mobile does not even looking at your face, it is the standards & professionalism of an employee of TCS? There were also good interviewers in others panels, I am not complaining about them. In maximum panels, there were interview sessions of over 45 minutes and asked so many questions, but in these kinds of interview panel where unprofessional persons were, the interview was only of 5 minutes and just 2 or 3 questions and where they did not even open the resume! There are day and night difference between the two panels. In this way for some of the employee whole companies reputation is loosing. In previous, there was also misbehaviour at the national qualifier test, TCS Gitobitan, where students were insulted by the exam control room & invigilators. I think this little feedback is enough to rectify the wrong things & will help TCS to improve their standards so that no one in future will have to complain and face these situations.
