Tata Docomo — amount deducted from my bank account but recharge not done | |||
Sir, I found my old 3g tata docomo no. I order to activate it. I done two top up of rs. 10 each from paytm and true balance. But amount deducted but recharge not done. Another time from www.tatadocomo.com web site i done rs. 35 recharge for a 3g pack in order to reactivate the dead sim. The amount was deducted from my bank account but not sign of activation of my sim. I got the invoice of my recharge but my no. Is still inactive. Plz help. Either activate my no.
