[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Asking for the payment for not providing service which is promised | |
Dear sir/madam, I am rashikesh takale receiving emails from advocate deepak choudhari ([protected]@gmail.com) regarding payment due on belown mobile number; Account number:[protected] I would like to share that i had raised so many complaints to the customer service but they dint turned up. And now they are asking me to pay the bill in spite i have not even availed the services. Please let me know what steps should i take. For more information please revert back. Verified Support Jul 11, 2017 Tata DoCoMo Customer Care's response "Dear Customer, Thank you for sharing your details. We have forwarded your concern and will ensure to get it resolved soon. Thanks and Regards, Customer Care Tata DOCOMO." Verified Support Jul 13, 2017 Tata DoCoMo Customer Care's response We would like to inform you that upon verifying our records we found that your Cancellation Request was placed on 19-OCT-2016 10:22:41 hrs. It has been disconnected permanently on 04-NOV-16. We would like to inform you that the charges of Rs. 2374/-has been levied correctly as per the usage that is Rs. 1150/- for your bill date 22-SEP-2016 invoice number [protected] (Rs. 1000/- for Monthly Rental, Rs. 150/- for Tax). And Rs. 1150/- for bill date 22-OCT-2016 invoice number [protected] (Rs. 1000/- for Monthly Rental, Rs. 150/- for Tax). And finally Rs. 74/- for your bill date 22-NOV-2016 invoice number [protected] has been calculated on prorate basis {charges from 20/10/16 to 03/11/16}.
