Tata Docomo — automatic vas activation | |||
Automatic VAS activation inspite of full DND service. On complaint representatives say that the service is activated from my end by clicking on to the internet ads. But I am sure I have never encountered such ads on internet. And by chance if I come through any such ads why would I click on it. I am not a kid nor any kid is using my phone. It happened to me more than thrice in 24 hours. For the first deduction of Rs. 51, balance was reversed on complaint but deducted again in an hour. Again I complained and balance was refunded but deducted back again in within hours. Why weren't these services getting activated when there was no balance for more than a month. And why all of these malicious VAS services came into existence after my recharge. Now Getting the talktime balance refund is not the thing I am concerned about but the thing is I am left unsatisfied. Also If such ads really exist then, : is it the company's policy to create such malicious ads and post tgem on the internet to rob people? It might be the innovative idea to earn profits but is really not fair. Was this information helpful? | |||
