Tata Docomo — balance deduction

Flash messages come up from time to time and this results in balance deduction and even after immediately deactivating the services the balance is not refunded. Even it is not possible to deactivate flash messages. Almost every week i have to face this problem. I even mailed to the company's consumer care cell but that got resolved just once. Again the same happened the next week. They are not even telling us the solution to which we do not lose our credit. Is this what we expect from such a reputed service provider?

I was subscribed automatically to gamepad and 49 Rs was deducted from my account . When. I spoke to the customer care they said nothing can be done for this . This is really unfair and I have never even played this game. Is there any way to get back the money deducted.
