[Resolved] Tata Docomo — balance getting deducted even after data plan. | |||
I am using a data plan of 136 in which there is 84 GB data plan 1 GB/day and i get 1024 mb @12:00 AM everyday. Even after my data balance us there my balance deducted 4 times. Yesterday my data was left about 1003 mb and still my balance got deducted. Day before yesterday i recharged 83 tt offer and my data balance was 600 mb approx. And then my balance was deducted and data was showing . I contacted 198 and they were unable to answer me and then stopped replying and now m unable to contact 198 even online complaint is not being rgistered through my no. I think they have blocked or barred my no. From doing so instead of resolving me. If my balance is not rolled back i will switch to airtel and make sure none of my family and friends use docomo.
