[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Balance not credited and data expired before the time

I have recharged on 31st Dec 2016 for 93/-INR based on a SMS sent on behalf of tata docomo of a 93 talktime with 1GB data valid for 28 days. The balance not been credited and data expired within 5 days. Despite repeated mails, no action been taken from the network provider.

Last time they send me a mail informing please call us, we have ears. Now it seems like it fallen on deaf ears!!

Thank you consumer forum. Though I am using tata docomo from 2 yrs, very recently I faced this issue. Due to your intervene it is been solved. Tata Docomo was good to me very often.

I am in hyderabad now. But the number belongs to karnatak Tata Docomo. I received the balance and remaining data. But the balance valid till 19th Jan 2017 and Data till 8th Feb 2017. It is cheating. Can you please stop acting smart. It should be valid till 9th Feb 2017. Because it should be effective from 13th Jan 2017 till 28 days, as it is credited on 13th Jan 2017 and not on 31st Dec 2016.
Last time I forgot to mention, I recharged for another 30/-INR and some amount of it been deducted for not having data balance, though I should have it as per the talk-time plan I recharged.
Why so many errors from your end. Are you playing with customers?? My no is [protected].

Sir, i recently brought a tata docomo sim card in post paid connection, which got blocked by mistake while going through security setting now it is asking for puk code. kindly reply me soon with the correct puk code. my number for the sim is [protected].
