When I tried to give a termination request for my 3G dongle (number [protected]), I was told to give a
churn out fee of Rs 1650, which was not mentioned to me when I purchased the dongle. Also, it is not mentioned in my Bill plan.
Later when their retention team called me up, the executive gave me an offer as follows:
The Unlimited 5GB plan which would have cost me at rental of Rs 750 per month was offered at Rs. 600 per month and that too with an additional discount of Rs. 200 for this month. Also, he assured me that I could give cancellation request again, if not satisfied.
As per offer, my current bill should have been between 400 and 500 including service tax. However, this is not the case. My Bill shows monthly rental of Rs. 675 (charges from 23/04/14 to19/05/14…not even complete 1 month) and total bill of Rs. 758.43
After writing several mails to Customer support and even escalating till Level 4 has not earned my any response. Was this information helpful? |
