Tata Docomo — bill payment | |||
Hi, I am getting call from docomo agency and asking for a bill payment which was billed in the month of feb and i have never used it where i discussed with docomo agency to disconnect my connection in the month of january. I have received a email saying that if i dont make a payment legal action will be taken. How can i pay when i have not used any data and i have already told agency to disconnect the connection, i have also received many calls from agents for bill payment but my only reply always was i have told to disconnect in month of january.
