I am not able to send port message to 1900 from my docomo number, each time I try to do so it says failed, but I am able to send message to other contacts of mine.

Hi Sir,

I need Tata Docomo Nano SIM by exchanging my old Micro SIM, local Tata Docomo stores are not helping out and they are asking me to port my existing SIM to other network so that I can get Nano SIM card . Please suggest what I need to do to get the Nano SIM.
