Please do cancellation of my landline and broadband immediately. Iam really not happy with the way past 45 days you please responding to my request (Reference Number:[protected].
Your customer service persons only told me just pay 1000 rupees what ever the last month extra bill amount(Charge with out my knowledge and change the traiff)..
will get waver in JUN 2017 bill.Today when i got bill i got shocked its not 1268 or 1568 ...its 2479...How can you cheat customer like this.
This just Not acceptable and Just Cheating valued Customers
I want my issue to be solved as soon as possible and cancel my connection too...
IHow can you change my tariff without my approval.I Will not pay singal rupee untill my issue get resolve.
Immediatly cancel my connect.I don't what this kind of chaeting company.
