[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Call forwarding activated to unknown number | |||
Sir; On my number call forwarding is activated to unknown number.I have complaned before to customer care for this problem but no solution appears.I tried to disable it; but it was not supported .so; I contacted customer care.she gave me some instructions to do. I did the same but still my problem exists without solved. I tried again to contact customer care. But the auto message is disconnected; you can reach send email or call 121. In 121 also the voice message i got. Issue not resolved ; unable to reach the respective officers. So; kindly resolve this issue.. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am using one tata docomo postpaid number.
I regularly pay the bill but within 3 months i am doing double payment.
Tata docomo says bill is not paid . I get debit form my card still bill is unpaid.
what can be done in this situation.
